E-design is a service for people located off the island or for people who do not have time to meet in person.
E-Design Services
Quick and easy online interior design service that provides furniture and decor suggestions that fit your budget and lifestyle. Flat rate design fee of $650 per room.

Chat
Click on the "Get Started" link below to fill out a questionnaire on the space you're looking to have designed. Within one week you will receive an email response to set up a phone call to discuss your room and clarify any questions.

Design
Within four weeks from our phone call you will receive a design board, shopping list and instructions for setting up the room. After reviewing, send us any feedback on the design and we will provide you with one revision.

Shop
Once you approve the items on the shopping list we will place orders, track shipments and follow up to ensure all items have been received. Our e-design services are different from one-stop store sponsored online e-decorating services. Each project is sourced based on client needs from multiple interior brands rather than simply one vendor. Enjoy exclusive to-the-trade only furniture selections and discounted prices!

After delivery of design plans, we are always here to guide you through the project (including installation) so you can enjoy your new space without the worry
Home Staging
Home Staging is not a new term, but for many, the concept of professional home staging has taken on new meaning. People recognize that a well styled, clean home protects their investment and greatly increases profit when it comes time to sell.

Our Accredited Staging Professionals have completed a course of the proven and powerful techniques of Home Staging and have achieved national certification. We help de-clutter, neutralize, and rearrange furnishings to showcase your home to a broad range of buyers.
When we stage a house, our goal is to make buyers feel like they just found their new home. We identify where sellers should dedicate resources to get the most return on their investment.

Home Staging Services require a two-hour minimum which includes a walkthrough and follow-up Written Staging Plan. This detailed plan tells you all you need to get your home “market ready”.

Or, if you prefer, we can do the Staging for you. When you schedule a follow-up hands-on session, our experienced team will arrive at your home and transform it into a warm and inviting space buyers will love. Staging for most houses ranges between $250-$500 depending on the scope of the job.

Consulting Services are billed @ $125 per hour (one-hour minimum)
